ok i got manual steering box and after changing the steering wheel and turn signal cam the steering wheel is off center to the left a bit
while driving down the road.
turn signals work fine and steering lock works and locks in the correct position.
im assuming i gotta either reposition the rag joint coupling or reposition the steering shaft intoo the steering box.
the steering wheel only had 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch play at the steering wheel so the box is adjusted correctly in accordance to the manual.

Can you remove the steering wheel and index it over on the splines?

A front end alignment will fix it. The mechanic will center the wheel before he adjusts the tie rod sleeves to set the toe-in.

steering wheel spline is keyed so you cant do that.
yes i think a front end alignment might fix this for sure.
