The stainless steel trim that goes around the top well, how does it come off?

Do a search on "well molding" and you'll find lots of good info. Basically, there are usually 5-8 hidden screws on the under side. Once those are removed there are a variety of ways to get it off. I used a soft block of wood and dead blow hammer and carefully worked it off starting at both ends and doing a little at a time.
