I am having problems with my up/on top mechanisms. If I fill the pump to the top with fluid it will go up and down a few times. After a while the pump runs and it doesn't go up and down anymore. There are no signs of fluid leaks in the lines, pump, or lift cylinders. When the pump is on I can see the fluid running in the line, but it has some air in it, its not solid. Do I get a new pump or what?

Sounds like you are only adding fluid and not purging the system... A search through the forum would have your top going up and down already... How to add and purge teh system is here...
