Just wondering how you think I will do for traction on the street with a 540 hp 427 BB with a 67 with a Hotchkis TVS kit, 3.55 Posi, Tremec TKO 600, and 17 inch Nitto 450 tires. I was told that with the lowering springs that wheel hop should not be an issue but I cant see it hooking without Cal tracs etc. Just wondering if there are guys out there with a similiar setup. The car is about 2-3 months away from being on the road so I have some time to get some opinions.

Well first you might get a tad more sidewall in a 450 I think a 555 would get you better traction. Now that said, with 540hp you are still going to be traction limited. If you run traction bars pic your setup carefully you don't want to loose too much more ground clearence. You also don't want something that is going to start wrapping up against teh spring around corners.
