I decoded what you posted as best I could. You're missing a letter after the 65 paint code, should be "A" for a white top, "B" for black.
1 = Chevrolet
2 = Camaro
4 = 8-cylinder engine
67 = convertible body
9 = 1969 model year
N = Norwood, OH assembly plant
582661 = vehicle serial number sequence
Decode for body number: 240026
01C = Built the Third week of January.
69-12467 = Convertible.
NOR = Built in Norwood Ohio.
712 = Custom Black Bucket Seats.
65-A = Lower Color is Olympic Gold and the Convertible Top Color is White.
X11 = non-SS396, non-Z28, with style trim
So, it started life as a gold small block V8 vert with a black deluxe interior, with Style Trim. VIN lines up with the third week of Jan 69, so it should be legit. Could have been a base V8 or SS 350. Have to look for other clues for a guess, unless the engine is original.
Value can't be guessed with the level of info provided. If it's a running, driving, numbers match SS 350 vert with the wrong color paint and wrong interior, but otherwise all there and presentable, the market can be upwards of $30K. If it is a base vert, but still otherwise nice, it would be lower.
I looked at your other two posts on other cars you're thinking of buying, and it seems like you're casting a pretty wide net over the various 69 models and styles. If you get narrowed in on a particular car and want to post pictures, we can help more.

thanks for reply the one thing that i find is that this car is not a restored camaro it has a two barrel it looks to be a 350 ci. but not sure yet. can buy from a relative the price he told me is $9000.00 it does need a comlete frame restore to make it as good as i want (that's
what i want to do) but dont want to do the wrong camaro . the other camaro that i looked at ends up only being 69' blue auto no engine or trans. but very good shape with z28 hood and trunk 10 bolt rear etc. offered $3500. just a project car only.

Okay, well if that's original, it would be the L-65 350, HF suffix if it's a 'Glide, HD if it's a TH350.
They way things are right now, a solid (repeat, solid; rust can be a much more critical problem on the verts), complete, original 69 vert for $9K is a deal.
$3,500 for a decent 69 coupe shell is okay too.
