we installed new (5) leaf springs from National Parts Depot and it lifted the car a little which was needed to get off the wide rear wheel/tires and now the shocks are topping out and we were told to get shock extenders and when we did they said not for use with KYB or something like that shocks which we have so do we look for more extenders or get longer shocks. It's on a 72 Camaro that had (4) leaf springs that appeared to be worn out. Thanks for any help.

Get new shocks. KYB gas-a-just are only @ $30 each.
