How's it going!

I'm currently experiencing what I believe to be is a problem with one of my coil packs or possibly my TPS . My car's acceleration is not responding smoothly. When I stomp on the gas it stutters. I had a cylinder 6 misfire code come up and I've changed my plugs and wires since they had some use on them anyway and the problem still exists. I've also recently cleaned out my throttle body and replaced the fuel filter. I am open to any recommendations or even the resistance of a coil pack so I can check that out. Your help is greatly appreciated.
