My question is do the pillar moulding at the top go under the windlace or over it.

They go over it, I had to do a little dremel work to get mine to fit better.

After using the dremel tool, how did it look? Does anyone have a picture that shows what needs to be ground down?

Looks pretty good, but I have the optional anodized aluminum headliner molding. I think they fit a little better with the rubber ones. sorry don't have any pics.
