Hi everyone,
I am working on the final aligning my new fenders and doors the best I can. What a pain in the *** especially with only 2 hands...
Anyway does anyone happen to know what the glass and regulator weigh for a 67 door? It has the 1/4 window and frame also. I don’t have my original doors handy and can’t get to them till the end of the week. I tried to search and did come up with 1 post that stated it was about 35lbs total. Dont know if its right or not Just wondering if you all had any experience or info. I want to add the weight to the door to compensate for all the glass and internals otherwise it will sag when I install them. I know it’s an off the wall question but I dont want to rip it all apart again to adjust.

If you have GOOD hinges it will not sag much at all. Adjust the door an 1/16" high and you'll be good to go.

We weighed the glass and mechnisms for this purpose when we did our 67. 35 lbs.

Oh man thats a good idea, I never thought of that. I should recheck my doors now.
