It's been 2 years since I started replacing interior parts in my 69 with repro parts you buy on line from good name shops.
Over the past 2 months my seats started ripping, my crome plated rearview mirror fell appart on the way to a show and my inside window moldings are starting to rip along with my rugs falling apart.
I always buy GM stuff when available and never have problems.
Is anyone else having these problems?

I have had many bad experiences with the chrome mouldings. In particular the window mouldings, rocker mouldings and drip mouldings. They were all from the same company and it is the opposite of OEM. After trying a few different pieces, I finally gave up and bought good originals and just had them flash plated. It was alittle more money, but I had no more problems. I never had any interior issues though and both my cars have new reproduction covers.
