I don't know if this should be here or in interiors, but...

My 69 camaro needs floorpans, but it also needs the piece that the seats bolt to. I didn't see that part in any of the catalogs. Is that piece available anywhere?

I believe you will have to get that seat mount from a salvage yard. I’ve personally got a few hard to find parts from http://www.pontiacpart.com/ . They have a few 69 Camaro part cars they’re happy to cut into and ship out. Perhaps others have some other suggestions so you can compare prices.

I have been to Firewheel and I have seen these mounts. They are made by the same company that makes the floor pans they sell. The seat mount has a good shape to it, but I did notice the following. The new ones are one piece. They do have the captured nuts for the seats to mount to, but do not have the nut for the subframe to mount to. It appears that they are designed to replace the top portion only. You would have to cut the top part of the existing mount, and weld this one on. I had to replace mine to, but the bottoms of mine were cut for some unknown reason. I was lucky enough to find a pair of them for $75 out of a 69 that someone was turning into a race car.
