Bought a 69 Camaro that for some reason had 67 style hood louvers on it..I got a set of 69 Louvers and although the holes match up exact the 69 Louver does not sit in to the hood flush because the louver has a slight edge around it plus the screens take a little space....any thoughts? Isnt the hood itself the same from 67-69? At this point I am forced to leave the 67 louvers on which I think look fine but they are not correct for the year.
