September 3, the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend, I will host a party for all interested Team Camaro members, their families, and any other interested gearheads.

Partying will commence at dawn and continue til everyone decides to leave. Bring your swimsuits and towels.

For those needing to stay a night, I have some limited accomadations in the house (cfunk and Buck have dibs if they come)

The only hotel right in yorkville is a super8. To the south, accomodations are available in Morris on I80, 25 minutes away, to the West in Dekalb on I88 (30 minutes away), plenty to the north and East.

how far is yorkville from waterford wis?

It takes me a little over an hour to get to wind Lake/Waterford, and it's 50 minutes from me to Jim's.....depending on how fast I drive. Seriously take 50? Over to Lake Geneva Take the bypass hang a left at the stopsign by the non-denom church and head south for a little over an hour. Jason.

94 miles according to yahoo. They bring you down rt 47, which is rt 120 out of lake geneva in wisconsin. 2 hours sounds about right. Saddle up the family and come on down, pm me for the address and phone ##

well, that was a good time!
Not as big a turnout as I'd like, but we'll do better next time. I only took 2 pics, but here they are. Harley took a few too, he'll put em up when he gets back to Wisconsin.

First one is a bunch of us on the deck when we were laying out the feed. The beautiful blond is my wife carol, the big guys with his back turned is my good friend Rob, the guy next to him is Tom Kelso.

Second pic is our cars in the driveway, my 68 vert, Jason's 69 Chevelle vert, Robs Heritage Softtail, and Tom's 80 Z28 in the background.

The third shot is a view of the pool and hot tub taken from the deck.

Donna And I had a great time and enjoyed meeting with all of you. The food was excellent and of course what could be better than an afternoon talking about classic chevy rides?? Looking forward to the next opportunity to get together with you guys! Keep me posted on the plans for Cordova and Byron, I would like to try to make those outings as well!!

Sorry I couldnt make it Jim , Yard looks alot wetter than it did the last time I say it Nice pool! Did you put that in so you wouldnt have as much grass to cut? The weather in wisconsin was perfect. Couldnt fit everything in the truck of the camaro, we ended up using the family truckster.

So how was the party?
