on an edelbrock 650 performer series where is the vacume advance port?
i have a 750 and when i put my finger over the one on the drivers side it has suction but not on the passengers side so wouldnt this make it the vacume advance port on the passengers side? someone on another forum has a 650 and one person keeps saying its on the passengers side, but in the manual it says the passengers side is for egr or emissions cars ony..

Either port is for the vacuum advance. The one on the driver's side is full time vacuum, and the one on the passenger side is ported vacuum. The ported vacuum is above the throttle plates, and only see's vacuum when the throttle is opened..
