hi
i have air on my 69 camaro to have this change over to ? from freon
do i have to change all the hoses? any information would help me

Its called 134a and it is still freon. I would suggest staying with r12 (original) freon as it actually cools better in an original (old) system then a 134a converted system can cool. More $ for the freon but you will need every bit of help you can get on that old system as they dont work as well as the ones in newer cars. Good luck.

Check this product. I have used with good results and it is far CHEAPER than the original R-12.

A/C transfers heat. It doesn't make cold.
So adding extra condenser cooling will help the A/C system cool better.
An auxillary electric fan in front of the condenser.
Fan shroud and clutch fan too.

R134a is an easy conversion, and in labratory measurements R12 cools a bit faster. R134a in real world use does extremely well and is the only accepted freon in use. R12 is no longer made.
110* outside
R12 cooled to 42*
R134a cooled to 44*
either way its better than 110*
