I need new rocker arms for my engine. I know I dont really need roller rocker arms, will there be any winnings for me to buy them or shall I get a set of stamped steel? 350 + 040 cast Eagle crank reubilded rods with arp bolts cast flattop pistons all balanced Comp cams 268 Trickflow 195 23 degree cylinder heads Edelbrock rpm airgap holley 670. Will the roller rockers just give me a bigger hole in my wallet?

Rollers do work. They give a correct ratio of 1.52:1, alittle more valve lift, have little friction, its all rolling, and have a certain "WOW" factor if ever caught with the valve covers off.
Stamped steel have sliding friction, not only on the valve stem, but also on the rocker stud. This creates additional heat the oil must take away. They also have a smaller ratio, typ. 1.42-1.44:1. Great for the daily driver.
There are stamped rockers with a roller at the valve stem, but, if you're going to spend the money, buy roller rockers.
Summit sells their own brand for about $170 USD(?).

I believe rollers also contribute to oil temps that are around 10 degrees cooler than stock type rockers.
