What would you guys recomend that I paint the under side of my cowl hood. Was going to paint it silver like the rest of car but want to go black. Do I need something that is heat resistant.

Or you could leave black it as the factory did.

The factory black was a satin black and no, it does not have to be heat resistant. A real good match is Rustoleum 7777 satin black which can be thinned with acetone and sprayed. Great match and very durable.
