Enjoy the site immensely. If a 69 coupe DOESN'T have original engine, has power front discs, dual fuel lines, 5 leaf rear springs, RS stuff, 12 bolt Posi, 3.31 gear, Is there anything to prove it is or isn't an SS other than the build sheet or POP?? Thanks

Nope or maybe kinda :) , but if it does NOT have the exhaust reinforcement plate on the drivers side rear frame rail, then its NOT an SS. An LM1 could be ordered with single exhaust, like mine, and won't have that reinforcement plate then.
If it has the plate then that helps the odds a little bit that it is an SS but still its not 100% sure, as it could have been an LM1 with optional dual exhaust. :)

You know that "block thingy" has a date code stamped into it also. Might have to do some cleaning to read it but it should be there.
