Hi Guys,
What size / hardness / qty bolts do I need to:
1. Mount the bellhousing to the tranny
2. Mount the bellh/tranny to the engine?
Can't find the ones I took off.
Thanks!

When I did my auto to 4 speed swap years ago I purchased all of the correct hardness and size bolts through my local speed shop , they had them in stock and fairly priced.

Yea,
Try that now. I went to several, including NAPA, and when you mention 1969, you get a blank stare and "the computer does not go back that far". Then they suggest that you call GM to get the information (at least NAPA did).
Anyone?

The bellhousing to transmission bolt part number is needed to help you with that. I don't have it and it doesn't appear to be in my '69 AIM.
However, the bellhousing to engine bolt is GM 179842/3828782 and is #B-10082 through www.amkproducts.com . $10 buys 8. (Same bolt as BBC intake.) It's a Flanged bolt 3/8-18 x 1-1/4 and 9/16AF (Across Flats-hex) with a 3/4" flange. Grade 5.

That's what I needed, thanks!
