Were the Rally wheels standard on all 69 SS Camaros with the SS wheel an option? or Did the SS wheels become standard on all 69 SS Camaros later in the model year? If so, could you still order the Rally wheel when the SS wheels become standard?

It was an option, you could order any wheels you wanted.
