Can these numbers be correct for an authentic 69 z28?
Trim plate date code 043 = April 3rd week
engine code V0325DZ = March 25th
Vin # N627703 = last week march 1st week April.
I'm about to buy the car and want to make sure these numbers although slightly off are or could still indicate a legitamate original z car.

#'s are OK, but to really tell, I'd need to see a pic of the cowl tag and the engine pad.

I am pretty sure the guys legit. I know he's owned it for over 20 years, and he would be afraid to fool me. I just wanted to make sure that all those "rough" dates could add up properly.

The dates seem ok as well?
