New here. Did a search w/o a answer yet. Can't get headlights to work. I just got car & it had new core support & header panel ect. installed just before I got it. The right headlight worked when it arrived & the left was not plugged in. I plugged it in & neither works. I went ahead & replaced HL switch & dimmer. No help. It has ground wires on ea. side of header panel attached w/bolts to fender. The t/signals work everywhere but frt right w/ no fire to that 1, but did have when I recconnected it.
Once I figure this 1 out its on to the wipers & interior lights/gauges.

if the core support has fresh paint, the grounding wires might not be making contact. Use star washers under them to grip thru the paint and into the steel. That might solve the problem.

I ran a jumper from 1 side harness to the frame & neg. batt. w/no results. Figured out the problem w/turn sig.. Messing w/switch & it started working. Have to get it in a certain spot to work. Is the HL's circuit running through t/s switch?

Fuzzy, make sure your headlight switch has the gnd strap still on and connected and the black wire to a good gnd under the dash. 69's need this gnd. for the sw to work properly.

I found the problem. The wires(2)coming from the firewall side of fuse block were pulled out. I couldn't reach or see where to put them back so I pulled block from inside to reconnect from inside of car. While doing so a big brown wire came out as well. Must have something to do w/ignition cause it won't turn over now. Anybody got a diagram of the back of block so I can get it back together? I'll buy a complete diagram if anyone sells them. Did I mention I'm a big guy, it's about 95 degrees/90% humidity & real tight under that dash.
