Ricks First Generation, Year One, Classic Industries catalog all have some pics but I strongly recommend using the stencils. If you do go the masking tape route, use plastic only. It is a bit more expensive, but the results are a lot nicer. I just put Z28 stripes on my sons 68 and I wish I would have listened to the others who warned me. Later, Bill

The "hockey stick" stripe standard on Camaro SS was option D90, Sport Striping.

The stripe encircling the front of the car and extending along the center of the hood was option DX1, Front Accent Striping.

The pin stripes around the wheel wells, included with style trim group were option D96 Fender Striping.

The ordering info states that only one striping treatment was available. An SS could not also have D96 fender stripes for example. In the description of Z/28 standard equipment it is stated that D96 fender striping would not be included if Z21 or Z22 was also ordered. But Z10s and Z11s had both. Go figure.

One trick for sharp stripes is to dust a bit of clear over the masking tape. Keeps the stripe color from getting underneath.
