Not exactly a "Cruise" but every Saturday there is one of the largest weekly car gatherings in the country. It is referred to as Donut Derelicts. Huntington Beach, corner of Adams and Magnolia. People start LEAVING at 7:15 or so and by 8:30 the place is pretty much deserted. So go early.
