i just bought a 67 camaro rs and i would like to find out the history of this vehicle. i know it was last inspected in new york in 1984 but thats all i know. also its missing the original motor and tranny is there some where i can post some number to see if someone might have close numbers to what was in it. its should have a 327 with a powerglide. i would really like to find the orginal motor. hope the first owners can tell me some info to maybe find the parts. thanks

oops guess i should have asked the question i was after. where and how do i start to find out the previous owners?

Get the numbers off of the trim tag, or better yet, a pic. Good place to start.
