I need a set for my 68 vert with stock suspension and 4 wheel drums. What do you think or have you seen any camaros with these. Also what size tires would be the best with these?

I like 'em and think they'd look good on your car. Something in the range of a 255/45 for a tire.

I like them also but think your car needs needs a brighter wheel in say chrome since it's a dark color with a black top. They make that wheel in chrome also just look around e-pay for them. Same people. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/17-CRAGAR-RIMS-CAMARO-WHEELS-EL-CAMINO-S10-MONTE-CARLO_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ43957QQihZ014QQit emZ330018694129

Like I said before i like them. I have looks extensivly at these wheels and I like the pinted ones but just can't get the for lack of any better word "cheap" look out of my head. Don't get me wrong I like the first one you pictured. It looks nice. The chrome ones just don't have that "painted" finish look to them. I think the chrome will also look good for the long haul, the painted wheel may fade or stain after time. I say this because you do have to consider cost of the wheel (they are a great deal) and sometimes (more times than not) you get what you pay for. I might buy these wheels for my 67 to get 17's and then save up for the wheels I really want, then sell these and only loose about 150-200 bucks.

I like em, butg, the center is way too open for a 4 wheel drum car, they need some nice blingy disks back there to show off thru the holes.

Also, 255 is good on the back, but trying to stuff a 255 in front on a 68 will take a crowbar. Stay with 225/235 in front.

I like these wheels but I would have to save a for a year or two for them. About $2800 with tires. http://images.superbuytires.com/images/wheels/0bf151b4a46b532e8ec5e75cddf62b07.jpg

I was looking at those same wheels last winter. They look good, but I agree with Jim they need brakes behind them. That was part of the reason I didn't go with those or the Coys. Because I will probably always have rear drums.:( As for the tires. 225/45 or 235/45 for the front, and 255/50 or 275/40 for the rear.

I have been 'watching' those. I know they are a knock off brand, but what are they? Is this company making their own generic knock off wheels? That's my take on it.

I'm thinking about it, just to get into set of 17"s for my '68. I only drive 300-400 miles a year, and of course it's kept under wraps in a garage, so I don't know how durable they really need to be.
I may be missing something though.

I have front disc, and have my rear drums painted with high heat black. I don't think they'd look too bad.

I like the Cragar five spokes.....but they look a lot like the optional wheels on the new Mustang GT.

I had been eyeing those wheels myself for a long while myself for my 68 came very close to buying them. Until I noticed that it looks like the same wheel on the newer mustang. I did not wanna do that
But, thats just me. I would not want to steer anyone away from getting what they want. As I posted in another thread, I love the TT's from american racing. I love em. I have had two sets now. But it seems everyone has them on camaros now adays.
I have sold the TT's and am going with old school.
A brand new set of Crager sst's and spinners. 15 x 10, and 15 x 4.5.

i have 17 inch american racing wheels with 235/40 r 17 for a 67 camaro only problem is right now they rub some when i turn the wheel tight for parking or whatever. good luck you can put in shorter arms to bring in the wheel the tire i have has a very small profile so watch out for ride quality.
