referring to the new stripes on their shirts

Interesting you would mention this, I've been thinking about them.....I can't believe how ugly they are. They look like an XFL reject or something.

They need stripes for the ones that officiated the last superbowl. Seattle got ripped!

I dont have much opinion on the ref's uniforms, but I sure dont care for the new Vikings uni's :(

It's like anything else it will take time to get used to them. I don't understand why they would change them. They look like they should be playing soccer not officiating a NFL game. I don't like them at this point.

People generally hate change at first. I really don't care but they were due for an upgrade....now if the Niners could go back to their old uniforms of the 80's glory years, well I'm all for that!! I hate the "new red".

They suck. I like the old ones better.

They suck. I watched a quarter of a preseason game thinking,"why do the Ref's look so strange?" Then the comentators started talking about the new uniforms and I realized what I had been seeing. I don't like them at all.

I actually think the refs do a pretty good job out there. You have 22 guys at a time trying to gain an advantage anyway they can. Not every infraction can be caught. I like instant replay, but even without it, I think the refs do a decent job.

Most often, a uni change can be to boost sales. But I dont recall anyone sporting a ref uni :clonk:

Maybe its change just for the sake of change.
