Hello Everyone I am new here and would like to know some clues to look for on a 67-68 Camaro big block SS cars. I ma looking to purchase one soon (5 weeks or so) and want to not get ripped off.

you should look for disc brakes up front,back out rear panel,heater core,and some others I am not sure of . If you do a search this has been cover more than once here .

Disk brakes are not required for 67 SS cars, big block or small block. The best way is to post the trim tag and vin# in the tag team section and have us decode it for you. Also make sure that the partial vin on the block matches the vin on the car. It should have a 12 bolt rear.

Trim tag info is for a 68 will not work either for verification.
