Keeps telling me to double click set up icon,BUT I dont see one! This happend after a complete crash, Lot half my pictures only in picture it.

Rich iam no computer god at all!!! I had kinda the same deal with picture it express,,, you may need to uninstall it and then reinstall it on your computer that worked for me,, if your using windows xp i can walk you thru it as long as you still have your disc for picture it express.

No I dont have the disk HP computer. BUT I did make the back up disk set.

I did a microsoft update (because update failed) and it said it could not find the MSI? file to complete the update.
