A while back you guys helped me out with a few issues on my JL8 system. But I held off with the brakes until now so I wouldn’t be tempted to drive it before I finished the rest of the car. Now it’s time to finish up with my JL8 system but I wanted to clarify one more thing.

The master cylinder I have was bought for a 69 Corvette power disc/disc system. It has a 1 5/8 deep hole which means I should use a 4” long push rod, correct?

Is this mc’s deep hole with a long push rod going to work with my power JL8 system?

Please help - if it brakes I can finally drive it!
