I'm looking at the TVS system for my car and was concerned about my hedders rubbing on the ground. I called Hotchkis and they told me I would be around 24 1/2 inches in the front and 26" in the rear. Right now I'm at 25 1/2" in the front and 26" in the rear that looks fine to me. Then I was thinking...In the future I want a big block if I did this once that would be nice. How much higher would the big block springs be. It's listed as Big block with alum heads and intake.. How much more does a BB weigh. Who is using BB springs?

i called hotchkis a while back with a similar question
turns out the BB and SB springs are both the same rate (like 600 lbs/in) but the BB springs will sit about 1/2-3/4" higher on a SB car
i dont know what weight of BB or SB they were using but the tech guy gave me his word that the difference was 3/4" or less (mostly because the springs unloaded are only 3/4" longer)
