Did a search and didn't find any thing current. Is there any tall spindle out there that uses the stock camaro parts?

I have seen posts on the one that uses the C5 vette hub, but didn't want to go that route. (Thinking that I wanted to stay with camaro dimensions so that I don't have to pay for speciallty equip)

YES AND NO!!

Heidlt's has a stock type taller forged spindle that has a 2" dropped wheel spud on it!! Otherwise no....

Teetoe Jones is selling a new design aluminum 'Vette type if you want to look him up, but it isn't like ours but will install and use fine..

It has a 'Vette type contained/boxed bolt-on bearing assembly in it if I remember right....

And I want to say that David Pozzi here is running a modified SCP's roundy-round forged spindle on his car??? David, am I remembering right?? It's been a while.....

Like pdq says Heidt's is taller with a 2" drop. I will caution you that there will be interference with your outer tie rod if you use wider tires up front.

Teetoes, are forged aluminum tall spindles that uses the C6 bearing cartridge. They bolt right up and do not change the track width. The do require the use of any C6 front brake package, starting at stock all the way up to AP and Brembo packages. The spindle is dropped as well, but not as much as Heidts because of the tie rod issue. The also moved the location of the steering arm to help reduce bumsteer. Something that Heidts does not.

On both spindles you should call either Heidts or ATS with your specific application as to help reduce fitment issues on your perticular chasssis. My choice would be the spindles from ATS.
