Removed the cam from BB396. How can I determine cams lift and other cam info? Is there a way to figure out who made the cam?

there is usually a part# stamped into the rear face of the cam (the backside of the last bearing), and if you're lucky, the manufacturers name or logo.

Find em, search em, or post em.

Failing that ..put a micrometer dial on the lifters and degree wheel on the balancer
From there u will get the cam profile
