He had the entire system custom fabbed at a shop here locally called "RJ's" his car was very tight and he only has shorty headers so they had to do alot of work at the engine bay but installed he paid $900, He's guessing my car will run about $750-$800 because I have long tubes. I rode in the car and its no louder than my old 3" flowmaster setup and quiterthan my old 3" dynomax bullet setup.

Thanks guys for the nice compliments. Flo-pro makes these v-force series mufflers BTW. Hope you guys don't mind a Chevy II guy hanging out in the Camaro board. :)

They sound absolutely nothing like a flowmaster!

apparently you havent heard the original 40 series flowmasters because that is what they are a copy of.and on your video they sound alot like flowmasters to me.but who cares dude,i like the original 40 series better than all the flowmaster line anyway.my buddy has exact same mufflers and they do sound very much like old design flows, almost identical.they are almost made identical to the flows too.look on their website and look for an internal view of a flowmaster original 40 series they are identical save for 2 inside outlets instead of one on the flows.but the do sound good regardless.good choice.

I took the 40 series off my car last year they were 3" in & out dumped in front of the rear axle, they have I high pitched tin rattling type sound when you get on it. The V-force are very deep, not saying they were not designed after the flowmaster they just dont sound anything alike to me.

There's a whole lot of "borrowed" parts from the Chevy 2 in the Camaro and I happen to think the Chevy 2 is one of the best lookin and most overlooked muscle car of the era...I mean it even looks like it has muscles!

I have to agree. The chevy II was overlooked for many years and most people didn't pay a whole lot of attention to them until recently. I for some reason have always been partial to the 2nd gen. I had a couple of friends from Memphis who had some really sweet ones back in the late 80s, early 90s.

Only recently have these cars come into the limelight. Especially, the old granny sedans like mine. You can make them looks sweet but you have to slam them and pick a zinging color combo to pull it off IMO unless you have a factory 66 327-350hp, 4sp L-79 sedan (they made a few of those) but are very rare.

I appreciate again the warm welcomes.
