I seem to have lost the little clip that holds the passenger side front brake hose to the braket on the frame. I tried the help section at a couple of parts stores but they didn't have any. Anybody have/seen an extra brake hose clip? This little part seemed too small for the classifieds but understand any criticism.

Thanks,
Thomas

i would try your local gm parts dealer or ricks 1st gen for those parts.

Those clips come in packs of 4 or 5 and I have seen them in most local part stores. There are a couple different sizes, so check carefully. Keep looking!

These?http://img151.imageshack.us/img151/9798/brakebracketssr9.th.jpg (http://img151.imageshack.us/my.php?image=brakebracketssr9.jpg)

They are 67-68 disc/drum or 69 JL8 front brake hose to frame brackets and screws.

I'm selling these, but being in Australia may hurt with postage costs..
By the way.. what would they be worth?

Edit.. I know what you're talking about.. the brake hose retainer clips.. Rick's 1st gen part number RC-124. $2 pair.. (Pg 79 of the '06 catalog)

They can be found in the help section but every parts mgr doesn't order the same parts so you have to shop around. They were used for several things and are several sizes... Also for parts like these clips a trip to pick n pull will get you all you want, you just have to remove them from the cars you find them on. It doesn't have to be a Camaro...

Classic industries sells them too so my guess is all the aftermarket shops like Ground Up do as well...

For the future no item is too small to go in the classifieds be it for sale, wanted or trolling for freebys...
