a core support using the original tooling costs 249.00 compared to the repro @ 85.00. This is a huge difference. Are the pieces that much different. What do you guys suggest? I really want it to go together smoothly.

I got the one for my 68 from NPD in Lovinia. I don't remember if it's "Exactely" like the original, but it fit with out any problems. Kevin

I bought a reproduction one from NPD two or three years back. It cost around $80 if I remember... and I was a little worried when the box it came in said "Golden Legion, made in China." But it was actually a good piece. I didn't really compare originality between it and my old rusted one... but it fit very well.

I just put my repro one on this weekend. It was missing the inner fender holes. I drilled them and everything else fit OK.
