What kind of fluid goes in the shakers and how much per shaker. bertfam Sep 25th, 06, 03:54 PM Craig, The AIM stipulates 1.25 gallons of automatic transmission fluid, but you shouldn't have to add any. Unless of course, they've been emptied out... It used to be Type "A" Automatic Transmission fluid, but that was superceeded by Dextron years ago. Dextron III is the latest (I think).
