The mustang boys were talking about this article on one of their websites. The article is from a car enthusiast news site. It states that the new camaro could be only 12 months away for what its worth.

Where did you read that Jim? Only thing I have read was being produced late '08 and released in early '09... I would love to see the car available in sept of '07 as the 2008 model. Early '08 would be better than early '09 though...

Darn it... I was hoping you had seen something different showing '08...

I think it will be in the dealers show room in 2008 just a hunch but seems likely to happen.

At this site (http://www.camaro5.com/), they say don't be surprised if it's next year.
