It is one of many reasons sellers use private auctions.

I will tell you a few words about in my car listed on ebay
It is in imaculate condition and has no scratches on and hasn't
been involved in any accident.It looks just like in the pics.
The title is clear.
The car belonged to my brother. He died two weeks ago in a bike
accident.
The caris now in London, UK as my brother lived here.I am now here as
i took care of the funerals.
Because i can't carry all his things back i am selling them.
I want to sell the car asap so I am willing to pay the shipping
fees nomatter of the destination.
The total price i hope to sell this car is 6000 US.I will request a $2,800 deposit with balance upon delivery
