I have a 1990 camaro i am converting from a tbfi to carb motor an experienceing power loss in some systems any info to compensate

well ive put in a 383 and ive had to tap into the ignition system to even start it but the four wires that go to the original distbutor that conect to the powertrain
control moduel can i attach theses wires to a 12 power scorce and be ok

does any one know about this prob
