Nice ride. If it was cloned they did a nice job. The trim tag production date of 02D would correlate to this VIN. I have an 02A 1969 at this time and it's VIN is not that far ahead of this one.

At that price it would be considered a steal by most, matching numbers or not.

Looks like the vin don't exactly line up with the build date, but close. jmo Kevin

Late Feb and Early March was kind of a screwy time frame of production, so there will be some variation.

that seller doesn't give much info you have to call him , but he has a few nice cars .

I'd say he forgot to Pro Tour the rear of the car :-)

Trim tag is attached with pop rivets. Hence the caulk to hide them.
