1 = Chevrolet
2 = Camaro
4 = 8-cylinder engine
37 = coupe body
9 = 1969 model year
N = Norwood, OH assembly plant

Decode for body number: 176415

12D = Built the Fourth week of December.
69-12437 = Coupe.
NOR = Built in Norwood Ohio.
715 = Standard Dark Blue Bucket Seats.
53-53 = Car Color is Glacier Blue
X11 = non-SS396, non-Z28, with style trim

Close. 12437 was assumed as part of the VIN, but no VIN info was provided, so we don't know if it's a L6 or V8.

Dont you pay attention to eBay, Kurt? X11 always means RSSSZ28COPOYENKO, so it must be a V8 :D

About 35k units after me. Notice this tag has the same little dent at the top of the tag rail as I do. Guess that was a factory defect?

The dent is a coincidence. I have pics of other tags close to this and they are not dented.

The vin # is: 124379N570402. I was told that it came from the factory with a 300 hp 350.
