Hi guy have any of you guys got a 68 conv with the antenna on the back pass side.If so can you give me a measurment and hole size of where it is located.Iknow you can get atemplate from NPDbut i,m in Canada and it would cost to much for the shipping of a 5.00 template.

Check your assembly manual. The book for my 69 had the dimensions so I assume that the manual for the 68 would be able to help you locate the proper location.

I just happen to have driven my 68 ragtop to work today, so I took a tape measure out to the parking lot. The center of the hole is exactly 2" in from the peak of the fender. Measuring along the quarter panel, it's 43 1/4" from the door opening, 26 3/8" from the tail.

This is for sure the original hole, came factory with this antenna

Thanks for the info on the antenna guys.It is the last thing that had to be done after working on the car since last May. It probably should have been done before paint but i must have missed it .Thanks again
