What color are the drain plugs supopose to be? Black on bottom and trunk spatter in the trunk area?? OR are they suppose to be silver/galvanized.
I thought the were installed AFTER the car was painted and were silver/galvanized.

They were installed after prime and sealed, before color-coat and trunk spatter paint. :thumbsup:

Hi all, just to confirm then. The bottom of the floor drain plugs will have some body color on them if your floor had a lot of body color overspray right!

Galvanized and they might have some body color on one end only if there is a lot of overspray, but nothing like full coverage. The recess keeps most overspray out.
