My camaro is due to go back in and be redone, due to some moron not looking when he was backing up. The right rear quarter panel got smashed up pretty good, so I know i will be replacing that.My header panel got creased also, so that will be replaced. Any suggestions on who to go through to get the factory replacement panel? I've been told those will line up better. Also, my other rear quarter panel has a very slight dent in it, due to someone making contact with my rear bumper. I really wanted to avoid having any bondo on my car, can this dent be fixed without it?Or am I going overboard by trying to have my car be completely straight with just metal??? For the most part though my car is very straight it's been block sanded a lot, and looks really smooth when looking down the side.I know very little when it comes to bodywork, so sorry if these questions seem really dumb.Or should I just have them strip the car down to the metal? Any ideas? Or input?

Luke,
I myself am in the same predicament. The guy who owned my car seemed to hit anything and everything he possibly could. He did a wonderful bondo job covering everything up. I have stripped my car down to bare metal and removed all bondo. I had some tough decisions to make.
I did patch panels in both quarter panels since he kill both louvered sections, and patches in the rear corners.
I bought a new Header and valance panel and front fender extentions. The seem to be OK, I think they are all OER.
I really need a new tail panel but I have heard to many horror stories about repops and I cant afford NOS so I will beat and bang the tail panel back into shape the best I can and then I will fill it with Rage Gold. The bumper should hide most of that area.
Good Luck,
Bob

Yeah, I think I should take my camaro in and then take a good look at it once they have it stripped down to metal. Hehe, my car had some MAJOR bondo on it when i got it. I will have to address the floor and the trunk also, I might need to replace that stuff too, due to my car always leaking water inside. I know one of my rear fenders is a GM one, but forgot which one, I'll have to double check, hopefully it's not the one that got smashed.
