Just got my 67 on the road. The engine is a beats and the whole interior is vibrating apart. I have searched the forums and come up empty on the best rattle solutions. Here are my questions:

1. The heater control assembly is rattling really bad. The clear plastic cover is rattling on the metal housing behind it. What's the best way to solve this?

2. My trim around the windshield is vibrating. Solution?

3. Glove box is rattling. Is there a better latching system than stock? Other thoughts?

Engine isolators (rubber? mounts) in good repair?
Transmission mount in good repair?
All interior screws tight?
Correct flex plate/harmonic balancer for balance?
Any accessories unbalanced? Remove belt to help troubleshoot.
Engine firing on all cylinders? Correctly?
If manual trans, oily flywheel and clutch disc?

I had the same problem with my glove box. I put a small dab of grease on the latch and it sovled the problem
