This winter I'd like to get my '69 RS/SS 396 minitubbed, a 5-point bar, and subframe connectors welded in.
My first choice would be Wayne Due, since he's well regarded and local, but he's closed his shop.
Is anyone else in the general area that has had similar work done and could offer a recommendation for shop or fabricator?
Thanks!

Redline racecars in longview washington, Brian Sells is the owner. (360) 957-3109
He drag races with us, has done a bunch of the cars we race withs' chassis work, in fact he just finished changing the cage in the racecar so my buddy can fit. He does awesome work and seriously knows his business, he's not cheap but extremely competetive pricewise in his field and for the qaulity of his work. I assure you you will be pleased with how it turns out. If I finally pull the trigger on a cage for my Camaro, he'll do it.
IMO Wayne Due is a good fab guy if you are going for "the look", but if you want true function, Brian builds racecars, and knows how they need to be done to work right and pass tech. Don't get me wrong, by no means am I taking anything from Wayne's ability.
There is another guy by the name of Brad Hadman, don't have his number handy, but he is awesome as well. Both guys are south, I don't know anyone in the immediate Seattle area thats better. (not to say there isn't, I just don't know of them).

Ron Pircy in Milton does very good work for reasonable rates. Quick service too. Very big with the drag race crowd.

Found it, Hadman's company name is progressive metalcraft, in Tacoma. (253)-847-3357.
I know of him through a buddy, he did the cage in another buddys' 62 nova, his work is art. He's the other guy I might have do the cage in my Camaro, if he has the time.
He's not cheap either, but if your serious he's worth it, I think he might be pretty busy but definately worth a call.
