does any one know were to get the correct hi horse big block valve cover gasket (silver) with the tabs? Ricks does not have tabs on them thanks phil

The OEM gaskets were Cork and later Cork/Rubber and sprayed with a sealant to prevent common wicking problems and to aid in removing them for service.
Most common sets now contain rubber gaskets for better sealing.
You can take more common alfermarket Cork/Rubber gaskets, such as the #182 from Mr Gasket, and paint them with flat silver paint (I usually just shoot around the outside edges) to achieve the same look for restorations.
