my car almost stalls i kind studders only at idle tho and the chek engine light flashes??? can any one help

i agree sounds like it could be a bad booster..while the engine is running can you hear an air leak? or when pressing the brake? check all your vacume lines everywhere..if all that checks out you might have to pay to have it hooked up to the machine..i don't know much about these newer camaros..but some of this might work..

What kind of car and what options? It always helps to provide a little info... If you have manual brakes it isn't going to be a bad brake booster. Can't rely on folks remembering all your personel info and most won't go searching your posts to see if it's been discussed before...

Does the check engine light flash or stay on? If the check engine light is staying on then there is a trouble code being stored in the ECM. Take it to a mechanic and have them do an ECM analysis to determine why the check engine light is on. It might be a possible ABS problem.

You must have power brakes if it's a 84 Camaro.

if you don't want to spend the $$$ to have the dealer plug in a computer, get yourself a paperclip and count how many times the light flashes..

Go to a large parking lot and take the vac hose off the booster and block the end off. Drive the car and see if it shutters and tries to stall or the engine lights come on. If so, brake booster is bad. PS engine may idle higher when you block off the brake hose so be aware of that.
