I installed a rebuilt chrome Master cylinder, and due to my advanced age, forgot to bleed the master. Well, idiot is trying to bleed the whole system but no luck. Then my brother-in-law, a former auto repair shop owner & 1950's hotrodder, reminded me of common sense (bleed the master cylinder, idiot!). Since my NS is installed, I thought why the need to remove again & place on a bench for bleeding.
Can I simply leave the MS on the car, remove the current lines to the proportion valve, & install lines looping back into both reservoirs? Then I can use my brake pedal to slowly pump the MS until I see no more air bubbling to the top? or must I remove the MS & bench bleed? My MS only has holes for the lines to the proportion valve & no bleed screws for either front of rear reservoir.
You humble servant...
